Meghann Featherstun is a sports dietitian and is hugely passionate about performance fuel for your life. She has been on this podcast before talking about all things nutrition for runners. Meghann had a big goal at the Chicago Marathon. She was there for work but had her own goals. She wanted to run around a 2:52 marathon but she ran a 2:50!
