In this episode, I’m so excited to welcome back Gabbi Jennings for her second appearance on the podcast! If you missed her first episode, be sure to check out Episode 435 to hear her story from the beginning.

Gabbi is a joy to interview, and she brings so much insight and energy to the conversation. We reflect on her recent season, including her impressive fourth-place finish at the Olympic trials this summer—a tough position, but one that showcases what’s ahead for her!

Gabbi has faced significant challenges this past summer, but she’s still raced really strong. Recently she ran a 9:07 in the steeplechase at the Rome Diamond League. She also placed 5th in the Diamond League final after we recorded!!

We also talk about being a steeplechaser right now and how the American women are really raising the bar for the steeplechase.
