I am excited to bring one of my friends, Chris Turner, on the show today. I met Chris through the Donna Foundation, which helps people that are walking through a breast cancer diagnosis. Chris is on the board of the Donna Foundation. He is also on the board for Girls on the Run in Tallahassee and the Tallahassee Symphony Board. He volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters and Still I Run. He has run four out of the size major marathons. He is a Run Disney Galloway Pacer. He works for AARP in Florida doing community outreach. He is the assistant coach for Lincoln High School in Tallahassee, Florida.
