Episode 148 – Dr. Tina Kay Bailey – Integrated Living

Dr. Tina Bailey is a certified Trauma-Informed Expressive Arts therapist, body coach, visual performing artist, an ordained minister and endorsed Chaplain working cross-culturally. She was born in Savannah and grew up in Springfield, GA. Her own life experience as a survivor of Septic shock, Graves Disease, and Melanoma among several other things related to a life in Cross-cultural Ministry has motivated her to do her own work in healing and to help others heal! She enjoys helping people discover their creative potential through coaching and mentoring. Tina has used visual and performing arts in response to traumatic situations following the Bali bombings, the Asian tsunami, with West African refugees, with displaced people in northern Iraq and Eastern Indonesia. She holds workshops and leads contemplative retreats on creativity and imagination incorporating drama, dance, music, visual arts, improvisation and spiritual formation.

In this episode, we cover everything from being trauma informed to invitations versus commands and how living life integrated can give you possibilities, choices, and space you may not even know you need. Listen to this episode for some inspiring stories or for incredible tools for living.
