Episode 369: Elise Cranny – Olympian and American Record holder: indoor 5,000m & 2nd all time American in 10,000m

Elise Cranny is having quite the year! She became an Olympian last year, she ran in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics in the 5000m. She recently ran 30:14.66 in the 10,000m which puts her at #2 all-time in the US. She also recently became the American Record Holder in the Indoor 5,000m in a time of 14:33.17. She is a part of the Bowerman Track Club.

Elise was first on the podcast in 2020 and it has been so much fun to see how much she has grown since then!
