Josette Norris is on the podcast today for a bonus episode! I have been doing Instagram live interviews with athletes after big races and I was able to have a conversation with Josette right after she qualified for the Indoor World Championships in the 1500m.
Josette is a returning guest, she was on episode 320 last summer. She came on right after she ran that 14:51 at The Track Meet. That was her first time running sub-15 in the 5k. She also ran at the Olympic Trials and placed 8th place. She kept racing after that and had some really successful races after the trials. She continues to prove that she is one of the top runners in the US and is ready to compete at the world stage.
