Elizabeth Cronise McLaughlin is the CEO of Gaia Project Consulting, LLC. which is a world-wide executive coaching and consulting firm. She is also the founder of the Gaia Project for Women’s Leadership. Her work has been featured on CNN, Forbes.com, The Huffington Post, and The New York Times.
