Robyn Nohling is a non-diet Dietician and Nurse Practitioner. She is passionate about helping women find peace with food, accept their natural body size and heal from hormonal issues and period problems. Robyn and I talked a lot about intuitive eating, what that means for your body and what it doesn’t. We talked about hormones and what can affect them; how our everyday life stress is powerful and also how you can start to heal your hormones gently and with peace.

Robyn shares with such thoughtfulness and acceptance on the podcast. She truly has such a passion for women’s health. Her knowledge is deep and wide and she has created a platform where she helps as many people as possible find answers to their questions about intuitive eating, healing their cycle and creating peace with food.
