Brad Stulberg is a writer, a coach, and he speaks on the well-being of human performance. He is the co-author of the brand new book “The Passion Paradox” which he wrote with Steve Magness; their second book together. (First book; “Peak Performance”)
Brad works with executives, entrepreneurs, and athletes on their mental skills and overall wellbeing. He is a columnist for Outside Magazine and have written for the New York Times, Wired, New York Magazine, Sports Illustrated, and more.
In this conversation, he shares about his heart behind writing this book and we talk about what passion really looks like in day to day life. Passion is a word people are sometimes confused by and just use it loosely but Brad has some really great examples and ways to think about the topic- he has spent years researching it. We talk about our own passions and I share how I aim to lead a very balanced day to day life which lends for a really great, authentic conversation.
