Kate Borsato is on the show today! Kate is a therapist and an educator for pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood. She has virtual therapy clinics for Canadian moms and she also has anxiety courses online for moms. The mission of her work is to support moms to live the best life that they possibly can.

In this episode, we talk about how things change when we become parents, intrusive thoughts and anxiety, finding joy in the little things, and giving ourselves the freedom to take care of ourselves and not feel guilty about that.
