Annie Rodenfels is on the show today! Annie is a member of Team BAA & runs for Adidas. She is a steeplechaser and placed 6th in the US Championships this summer. She had a huge year this year and in this episode we talk about those breakthroughs that she has had since training with a new group. She used to run with an Asics group in Greenville. Annie comes from a D3 college where she was a 3-time national champion and a 7-time All-American. In this episode, she talks about her untraditional path to get where she is.
