Elizabeth Cronise McLaughlin is the CEO of Gaia Project Consulting, LLC. which is a world-wide executive coaching and consulting firm. She is also the founder of the Gaia Project for Women’s Leadership. Her work has been featured on CNN, Forbes.com, The Huffington Post, and The New York Times. 

Elizabeth is also the author of Becoming Heroines which is what she is here to talk about on the podcast today! We dive into many of the stories that she tells in the book, her experience as a lawyer, dealing with fear, gaining confidence, and so much more!
