Sarah Boyd is the founder of Resilient Little Hearts which is a children’s book series that teaches resilience and emotional health. Their bestselling book is called The Boy Who Stood Up Tall. Sarah has tons of parenting resources. She is a psychologist and works in neuro leadership.
