Episode 39: Rachael Amarante – Finding Joy in Motherhood & Summer Sanity Ideas and Tips

Rachael Amarante is on the podcast today! Rachael is the mother of 4 boys and she has recently started The Awakening Motherhood Project. She created The Awakening Motherhood Project when she looked at social media and saw that we are all filled with noise, expectations, perfection and anxiety.
